Helio Castroneves, Indy racer and "Dancing With The Stars" champion was indicted earlier today in Miami on tax evasion and tax fraud charges.
Helio Castroneves is accused of using offshore accounts to hide millions of USD in income from the Internal Revenue Service.
According to court documents, Helio Castroneves failed to report about US$5.5 million in income between 1999 and 2004 to the IRS.
Katiucia Castroneves, the race car driver's sister and business manager, and attorney Alan R. Miller are both also under investigation.
